Every Victoria Grant creation is individually handcrafted to order in our London atelier. Each hat is made or finished exclusively for its client using traditional couture millinery techniques.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your Victoria Grant creation is being handcrafted exclusively for you and that production will commence upon acceptance of your order.

As each Victoria Grant creation is made exclusively to order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or refunds once production has commenced.

We kindly ask that you ensure you are completely satisfied with your chosen design, colour, sizing and delivery times before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we will be delighted to assist you.

Please note that, as every Victoria Grant creation is individually handcrafted, slight variations in hand-finished details are a hallmark of genuine couture craftsmanship and form part of the unique character of each piece.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you believe your order is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a suitable remedy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.
